This scheme of fifteen affordable dwellings sits within a scheduled ancient monument in the Norfolk town of Thetford. Completed in October 2010 it achieved a Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 accreditation and provides a mix of family houses and apartments arranged around a 'village green'. The dwellings make excellent use of daylighting and passive solar design, which coupled with the highly insulated envelope has created this very energy efficient development.
