On a site that had outline approval for two small, and simple dwellings we were appointed to design a pair of large, high quality homes for a housing developer. Constrained by the site, overlooking issues and proximity to existing commercial premises, we designed two bespoke homes: Distinctly individual in design but similar enough in appearance to not be incongruous with the surrounding area. Each home covers an area of 3,000sq.ft, and provides 5 bedrooms with aspects over the village cricket pitch.
