The proposed design to the rear of this post war semidetached house replaces an existing low and windowless rear extension and provides new larger spaces for the kitchen and dining areas. The varied glazed fa£ade with its frameless corner glazing and combination of £slow£ sliding door and £fast£ hinged door, extends the new kitchen and dining spaces visually and physically into the generous rear garden and patio area.
