Design project for enlarging and improving the Residential Facility of St Nicholas School Merstham Surrey. Works comprised preparing initialial feasibility studies for the refurbishment of existing internal spaces within the schgool and addition of a new two storey acccommodation 'wing' linked to the main school building for Surrey County Council and the School Management Team with then subsequent novation to the Design & Build contractor (Morgan Sindall) to complete the detailed design and construction phases of the project.
