RSP were initially commissioned by the Client Team to develop Feasibility Designs for potential new Custody & Police Investigation Centres in various locations throughout Hampshire with studies undertaken on several shortlisted sites in Basingstoke. Following purchase of the preferred site RSP joined Mace's D&B Team to undertake the Planning Application and develop the detailed design in line with their construction programme and procurement schedule. A BREEAM Excellent solution was achieved despite the 'out of town' location of the site with BIM Level 2 being used for all design work and information management throughout the project. On completion of this project RSP have also been commissioned with Mace to design a similar building in the Portsmouth Area
