Design and Build project for the refurbishment and extension of 4No. existing Police Station buildings in London for the Metropolitan Police to provide new and enhanced custody facilities through adaption and new build works at each site along with general refurbishment and improvement works to the existing buildings. RSP undertook the design acting for SCF Framework Contractor Wates and developed initial feasibility studies for approval and all subsequent detailed design works up until completion of the projects. All 4no. buildings were undertaken concurrently as a single project with RSP producing design information for each in line with Wates' procurement programmes.
