The project was a response to changing retailer requirements and involved the re-branding,resizing,refurbishment and redesign of the public realm to provide an attractive environment to shop, eat or be entertained. The reconfigured shopping park improved linkages to the city centre,extended the life of the buildings and provided a more vibrant civic facility.
