This development formed part of a phased regeneration of a contaminated brownfield site on a busy main road running through Greenwich. Multi level accommodation for 4 national fashion and food retailers was provided with open glazed frontages to Bugsby's Way set behind a colonnade,providing a protected pedestrian route with shelter and shade for customers. The materials and elevational treatment use a combination of planar glazing,composite cladding,stone faced rainscreen cladding and aluminium framed glazing.
