Rance Booth Smith has carried out several refurbishment, re-modelling and space planning exercises on a number of UK Asset Resolution (UKAR) properties. Projects have included a three floor phased refurbishment programme to Doxford House their north east office. The work included a new reception area incorporating increased security measures and DDA requirements, training suite and executive office area. Careful space planning resulted in an increase in staff capacity by 50%. Other projects have included a £1.2m office refurbishment at Solar House, training Suite at their Dempster academy site, London Lambs street offices 2 floor refurbishment programme, external maintenance works, new car park works at Doxford, master planning of various sites, along with a full property and space rationalisation of all their premises country wide including implementing a moves programme that spanned over 1 year. Most recently RBS delivered fresh new designs for the ground floor restaurant, atrium cafe and reception at the financial institutions headquarters in West Yorkshire.
