‘The Round House’ is a grade II listed building located between Birkdale and Hillside in the borough of Sefton. It is a two and a half story building arranged over a basement and was built in 1924 as a single dwelling. The two storey rear extension will provide an enlarged kitchen and dining area with patio doors onto the garden on the ground floor and a master suite on the first floor. The materials used will echo those on the existing building, and the design and layout will retain the unusual shape of this listed building.
