RAL worked with this prestigious championship golf club in a 3 phased development. Phase 1 introduced significant steel support to the floor and refurbish the ground floor members lounge. Phase 2 provided a new external terrace at first floor to take advantage of the south facing aspect overlooking the18th green and the 20th/junior lounge was also refurbished. Phase 3 – a major refurbishment at first floor level comprising the construction of a new commercial kitchen, extending the function room to provide space capable of taking 200 covers for formal dining, a new first floor bar and re-ordered back of house areas and boardroom.
