Orangery Extension to Existing Dwelling, Ling Lane, Scarcroft, Leeds As part of an extensive conservation and refurbishment project of this existing period property, the client wanted to remodel the dining and kitchen areas to create a modern open plan family room. The design therefore proposed a contemporary extension internally, using traditional materials externally while creating modern open plan living, kitchen, dining and snug areas internally. The scheme gained Permitted Development approval allowing a quick start on site date.
