This project involves the transformation of two adjacent properties on a private estate along West Wittering beach. The goal was to merge the sites and replace the original 1930s buildings with a new development, including a main house, guest house, pool house, and garage complex, all designed in the classic Martha’s Vineyard architectural style. To accommodate the two-stage construction process, we developed a comprehensive master plan and obtained full planning consent prior to the commencement of work. Stage one of the development is now complete, with half the site successfully built. We look forward to beginning stage two in the near future.
