Wandsworth

Within a Conservation Area
This three-storey Victorian house near Wandsworth Common was fully refurbished and reconfigured to transform a dark, fragmented layout into a coherent family home. A full-width rear extension creates a light-filled kitchen, dining, and living space with direct garden access, supported by a new central circulation zone linking the drawing room, study, and playroom. A redesigned staircase forms a vertical core, opening the hallway and connecting all levels. Upstairs, layouts were rationalised to provide a generous master suite, ensuite bathrooms, and larger bedrooms. Traditional London stock brick with red detailing ensures continuity with the Victorian fabric while giving the home a refined, contemporary character.
