Kensington and Chelsea

Alteration to existing property, Within a Conservation Area
This five-storey townhouse in the Chelsea Conservation Area was reimagined to resolve years of fragmented remodelling. Uneven floor levels and compartmentalised spaces were replaced with a cohesive layout offering improved flow, light, and connectivity. The rear closet wing was demolished and rebuilt with an added storey, while the basement was deepened to create more usable space. At ground level, the plan was opened up for modern family living, and a new central staircase was introduced to unify all floors. Fully refurbished throughout, the home now balances period character with refined contemporary design.
