25 tourist lodges constructed as the first phase of a hotel site redevelopment. The lodges were fabricated offsite in factory conditions and delivered to site. This resulted in benefits to programme and construction quality. The guest lodges are arranged in clusters of five with some interconnection between units to create letting options. External cladding in recycled timber composite creates a sustainable and largely maintenance-free facade that blends with the tree lined setting. The lodges have a view to a lake that creates the foreground to the original Georgian Grade II listed Historic House.
