PW Architects were required to rework an existing approved scheme for 12 residential flats and maximise the design and sale potential of the plot. The contemporary design and materials palette of timber cladding, render and dark aluminium windows and doors compliment the precedent set by the surrounding context. Open-plan living spaces and large areas of glazing help to make the restricted floor plans feel spacious and uncompromised.
