This commercial project involves two key tasks: first developing design concepts for two show apartments in a prestigious residential multi-unit development. We coordinated the design and our local partner in Beijing ensured construction was delivered at a very high standard. The challenge here was delivery designs that have a broad appeal. Our aim is to seamlessly merge creativity with practicality, ensuring that these apartments not only visually impress but also fulfill the functional needs of their future occupants.
