Ground floor side infill and rear extension, loft conversion and full refurbishment of existing terraced Victorian house in Walthamstow Village. The project reconfigures the existing ground floor layout to provide open-plan, flexible and sociable kitchen, dining and living spaces, with a strong connection to the garden. A loft conversion provides an additional double bedroom and spacious family bathroom. We provided a full architectural service, with on-site contract administration throughout the construction phase. Planning permission was granted in June 2021, work commenced on site in September 2021 and was completed in June 2022.
