New build dwelling in the small Dorset village of Motcombe. Constructed for local residential developer Fosco Ltd. The house was built from traditional masonry construction but then finished with a combination of Red Cedar cladding and render to give a more contemporary appearance. The property has underfloor heating throughout served by a gas fired boiler with solar thermal store for hot water. The property was constructed on an infill plot in the garden of the adjacent vicarage.
