Pinchington Lane was a scheme for 157 new houses and flats on a site in Greenham, Newbury, Berkshire. The scheme sought to make good use of a site that had formerly been a refuse dump and included significant and considerately designed ecological and landscape enhancements. Delivered in two parcels the site looked to deliver substantial affordable housing and carefully designed highly efficient new dwellings for the urban environment.
