Park Reach is a development of 14 flats in Newbury, Berkshire designed for a private developer. The building is located on the site of a former doctors’ surgery at the edge of Newbury town centre. The building comprises a series interconnecting brick, timber and rendered blocks and includes a mixture of one and two-bedroom flats. The design had to respond to being within a flood zone and on the edge of a conservation area whilst providing a quality solution in tune with the developer’s aspirations. Pro Vision took the scheme from inception through to completion on site.
