Green Hill Farm was a large industrial site with dwelling in a rural location near Winchester. The mixed uses were replaced with a traditionally designed Georgian style house along with attached contemporary pool building, garages, apartments and a 3 bed gatekeeper cottage. The 20,000 sq ft complex includes, a home cinema, games room, gym, indoor swimming pool and wine cellar. Pro Vision were involved from the outset, developing a brief with the clients, designing the proposals, taking it through planning , Building Regulations and detailed design stages through to practical completion.
