Our client asked for a design to fit two dwellings on a leftover piece of land in north London. The proposal comprises two houses in a two storey masonry block that takes material cues from the neighbouring terraced houses. Gardens separate the building from the street and includes space for parking cars and bicycles. The building aligns itself with adjacent terrace of houses to meet specific planning constraints.
