The project brief was to refurbish the existing apartment unit, upgrading the duplex apartment by creating a more seamless spatial arrangement and integrating modern design elements and touches. We achieved this by reworking the existing floorplans, with a focus on opening up living space. We then worked closely with the client to design an interior design scheme that matched their ambition for the space. The result is a beautifully modern duplex that takes full advantage of the outstanding riverside views the apartment provides.
