The project is located in Wolverhampton, and is a conversion of an existing Victorian era factory building (Eagle Works). Given the local listing of the building, we were tasked with converting the derelict building into 48 modern apartment units whilst maintaining the street facing facades.  Through careful, extensive planning and the addition of discrete extensions, we managed to design a scheme with 48 generously sized apartments. This project is due to start construction.
