PRC were commissioned from concept through to construction stages including obtaining detailed planning consent, to develop the site with a “Continuing Care Retirement Community” (CCRC). The scheme comprises a Village Care Centre containing a 60 bedroom registered Care Home and 47 Care Suites with all supporting accommodation and administrative facilities, as well as a comprehensive wellness centre. The scheme also includes 79 Close Care Apartments designed to sit comfortably alongside, and creating a ‘village’ atmosphere.
