Location: Penzance, Cornwall Client: Truro and Penwith College Cost: £30m The project links the existing site with the adjoining Treneere Manor which was bought by Truro College to enable the existing college campus to be redeveloped into a new higher education facility to serve West Cornwall. The scheme retains the best of the existing buildings, including the former Girls Grammar School and Grade II* listed Treneere Manor. The scheme was funded by the College and the LSC under the AiP and AiD process, and the European Social Fund under the Convergance Programme through SWRDA.
