Location: Bodmin, Cornwall Client: Cornwall Council Cost: Circa £8m Year: Currently on site This is a new office development for Cornwall Council providing consolidated office facilities at the Beacon technology Park site in Bodmin. The scheme has been successfully developed using BIM and reflects effective co-ordination between consultants and main contractor (BAM Construction). As well as providing a full architectural service, PBWC Architects have led space planning support to the Council to manage the transition of different departments from their existing offices into the new building.
