The Electoral Commission is an independent body set up by the UK Parliament. Located in Scotland, Wales Northern Ireland and England. The London office needed to reloacte at short notice to new premises. This provided the opportunity to adopt to new ways of of working basd on moore efficient workspace use made possible in modern flexible accommodation. A sustanable approach enabled the rapid delivery of the project by re-using the existing data and services installations, retaining ceilings and existing partitions where possible and re-cycling glazed partitions and door-sets.
