The project commissioned by The Crown Estate involved the Refurbishment of a Grade 1 Listed John Nash Terrace in London's Regents Park. The project included: Replacement of lifts External redecoration and repairs Refurbishment of common parts Replacement 1960's entrance doors to original Nash design Introduction of cctv security to English Heritage approval. The practice was involved in resident liasion and detailed discussions with English Heritage with regard to replacement of the entrance doors and the installation of cctv cameras.
