This 1930s house had fallen into disrepair and required complete refurbishment. The brief was to create a low carbon energy efficient home. An air-source heat pump, solar panels with battery storage were installed. A new highly insulated wing comprising a boot room, pantry, kitchen and dining room was built using local Cotswold Stone and English Ash cladding. The project also involved extensive external works including restoration of the garden and external terraces.
