The scheme achieved planning permission in 2014 and delivers a mixed use residential and commercial development of 24 units with 4 penthouse flats and 2 offices at ground floor. The project involves demolition of a 1970s training building and the complicated planning process dealt with overlooking, light and massing issues to achieve a successful design to compliment the area
