A contemporary extension of two storeys to a beautiful old stone cottage on Dartmoor. Maximising light and the connection with the idyllic garden are the top priorities for the client. This needed to be balanced with the planning restrictions of Dartmoor National Park and being adjacent to a conservation area with Grade 2 and Grade 2* listed structures.
