New garden retail centre with dedicated restaurant and concessionary retail along internal mall together with new warehouse. A requirement of the brief was to allow the retail operation to retain a site presense during the works resulting in complex phasing coordination. The new structure provides a highly efficient structure with a particular empahsis on minimising running costs. Developed in a rural location the project offers a contemporary retail building which is both sensitive to and in keeping with the local environment.
