This a development project where we appraised the development potentials and planning risks prior to acquisition. Our brief was to create a desirable high end family home in a prime central London location. The existing ground floor garden area was small where we chose to infill to create a more spacious modern living space whilst creating a far more generous roof terrace. The construction budget was £300k, and our strategic & creative design directions & procurement ensured that the quality of the spaces and finishes are achieved. The result is a spacious 3 bedroom family home with a study/guestroom that is flooded with natural daylight and catered for modern flexible living, delivered on time and under budget.
