Elizabeth Mews is a collection of 6 architecturally detailed townhouses with a generous provision of shared amenity that centers on building a strong community for young families. We identified the derelict site for our development partners as the next growth area in London that will benefit from upcoming local policies and gentrification programmes. We extracted value by securing planning permission for 6 new build houses, and managed the development from design, construction, financing to sale. Completed & fully sold in 2020, we remain in good contact with the new residents who have been updating us from time to time on how pleased they are with their new homes.
