Our client is the leaseholder of this is 3-storey penthouse apartment situated within a substantial 5-storey Georgian building in Mayfair. The cramped & dated apartment was orignally arranged as 6 bedrooms with a small kitchen that was cut-off from the separate dining & living spaces. Our brief was to rationalise the layout to create free-flowing interconnected spaces that can be fully opened up for social occasions, and closed off to suit more intimate settings. Despite the extensive structural remodelling, obtaining the alterations license from the corporate freeholder was straightforward with our construction background where we were able to provide the necessary Health & Safety documentation for approval. The end result is a luxurious bespoke 3 bedrooms apartment that was fully interior-designed to the client’s exact requirements.
