Our client purchased this Victorian mid-terrace house which at the time, was in a state of disrepair due to years of neglect. Our brief was to completely refurbish the house whilst maximising the floor areas by way of double loft and side extensions to accommodate the growing needs of our client’s family . With a tight construction budget of £200k, we had to be strategic & creative with our design directions & procurement to ensure that the quality of the spaces and finishes are not compromised. The result was a spacious 4 bedroom family home that is flooded with natural daylight and catered for modern flexible living, delivered on time and under budget.
