Change of use of the Application Site and conversion of the Application Shed from redundant agricultural use to provide a tourism and visitor destination function, based around bespoke products from the distilling industry. Internal demonstration and display, together with storage and ancillary accommodation, is also provided. External on-site provision for car parking, together with delivery is shown in support of the proposed facilities.
