Riverside is a unique development of eight chalet style holiday homes. Each one can be individually tailored to meet the purchasers requirements based on two designs both offering open plan living space. The chalets are of timber frame construction on a solid beam and block base and the roof structure is finished in Alpina graphite slates with contrasting terracotta ridge tiles. The exterior is clad in Cedral weatherboard which gives the appearance of natural wood but with the advantage of being low maintenance. Two chalets have been completed and sold in October 2014.
