The Rowdey Cow Café and Ice cream manufactory was created by adapting and extending a C20 barn, as part of a farm diversification scheme. Despite being built with a very tight budget, the café has an Energy Performance Certificate of A and includes Air source heat pump underfloor heating, PV electricity generation and Rain water recycling. PKA were also responsible for the landscape design including play areas and small petting farm
