This development features nine Passivhaus homes on a sensitive site in the centre of Devizes opposite the historic Wadworth Brewery. Designed for energy efficiency, the homes include high levels of insulation, airtightness, and mechanical ventilation. The contemporary design incorporates traditional materials like red brick and slate, blending with the surrounding buildings. The project aims to provide sustainable, comfortable living while respecting the town's historic character.
