A redevelopment with Red Door Ventures of two sites around Plaistow Underground station in Newham, delivering new build to rent housing, commercial use and community facilities. The scheme provides two new public spaces forming a new local centre around the station. Red Door Ventures is a pioneering council-owned company, which will create thousands of private rented homes for residents. Planning was granted May 2017.
