Imperial Street redevelops a brownfield site to create a residential-led mixed-use scheme as part of a wider 1700-home masterplan. The site has been identified by the London Legacy Development Corporation as part of a wider regeneration area for Bromley-by-Bow. Planning permission was granted by the LLDC in January 2018.
