The sites forms part of a wider programme by Brick by Brick, a private development company set up by Croydon Council aiming to provide 1,000 new and affordable homes on over 50 sites across the borough. Homefield House - This development in Coulsdon, South Croydon will provide much needed family housing on a currently disused site. The project includes 24 high quality homes which harmonise with their surroundings in both scale and materiality, with high quality, light coloured brickwork to complement the local area. Croydon Planning Committee granted planning consent for Homefield House at committee on Thursday 11 May 2017 and is due to complete 2019. Cheriton House - 27 new affordable homes are a mixture of one and two bed and wheelchair accessible flats in two blocks, separated by a new cobbled mews. Cheriton House was granted planning consent on Thursday 1 June 2017 and is due to complete in 2019.
