Waterside in Ely, Cambridgeshire, is a multi-award winning, radical transformation of three neglected agricultural barns into luxury four bedroom detached riverside dwellings. These included ensuring the conversions were suitable for family living by taking an up-side-down approach to the design allows residents to admire the striking views of Ely Cathedral, Lavender Green and the River Cam. The external materials used are all low maintenance and boast a proven longevity. The simplified frame construction ensured that the build costs were kept low without compromising on the superior finish of this prominent development.
