Boultbee Group Ltd commissioned PHd on this project, which comprised the provision of two high performance warehouse and office buildings adjacent to the M6, which were to achieve a BREEAM rating of "very Good". The accommodation provides 235,000sqft of facilities including high bay storage, offices, service yards and gatehouse. The sites location required excellent site coverage and had to overcome several site issues including; overhead power cables, a nearby canal, oil pipe line, allotments and adjacent warehouses as well as it's visibility, which required careful attention to site levels to achieve a successful development.
