Re-modelling of existing two storey 3 Bedroom residential semi detached family dwelling to create a new 5 Bedroom residential semi detached family dwelling by adding new side, rear additions and remodelled/new roof spaces. The proposed house development is the outcome of the Havering Pre – Planning Application advice dialogue and the Havering Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document Adopted 2011: The proposed new extensions are subordinate to the house. The architectural style of the original house is respected and repeated. The proposed side extension is set back from the front of the dwelling by 1 metre at the first floor, second floor/roof creating a break from the main property frontage line. A matching pitched/ hipped roof style used to enclose the new roof/new accommodation. A new matching pitch mono pitched grey concrete interlocking tiled roof canopy is continued over the existing garage at first floor level. New roof-lights are introduced to the new side and rear roof extensions and are set back from the new eaves lines. The proposed ground floor rear extension matches the depth of the adjacent house ground floor extension. The proposed first floor/second floor/roof extensions match the depth of the proposed ground floor extension and reflect the adjoining properties extensions. The proposed new flat roof to the new ground floor dining room accommodation with roof-light is not visible from the street and is similar to the adjoining properties extensions.The proposed re-modelling extends the house to the side at first floor level and second floor roof level together with extending the house to the rear ground floor full width and in part to the first level and second floor roof level.
