Refurbishment of 5 storey early 20th century building in central London into offices for an International Market Research Company. This included the provision of 4 suites for focus groups, one on each floor, comprising client and respondent areas with surveillance screens between the two, general offices, reception/waiting areas, and ancillary accommodation including kitchens. Extensive Mechanical and Electrical services were provided including air-conditioning, cat5 voice and data, and voice recording for focus suites.
